1. Introduction

Welcome to Solvida (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using solvida.co or any related applications or services (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Solvida is operated by RASSCO FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Maktabi Desk 92-A, Floor 18, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE. References to “Solvida”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to RASSCO FZCO and its operating brand, Solvida.

Access to Solvida is currently invite-only, and participation is limited to users approved by Solvida. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have been granted access and that you meet our eligibility requirements.

2. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where use of cryptocurrency exchange services is restricted or prohibited.
• You have been invited and authorized by Solvida to register an account.

Solvida may restrict or suspend access to specific countries or users as required by applicable laws or internal policies.

3. Services

Solvida provides a digital asset exchange platform, enabling registered users to buy, sell, and hold supported cryptocurrencies.

We may add, remove, or modify available services, assets, and functionalities at any time without prior notice. Access to Solvida does not constitute any right to continued service or availability.

All transactions are executed electronically and are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

4. Risks

Trading and holding digital assets involves significant financial risk. Prices can fluctuate rapidly and may result in total loss of funds.

By using Solvida, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Digital assets are not legal tender and are not backed by any government.
• Solvida does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk exposure.
• Solvida is not liable for market losses, price fluctuations, or interruptions to service.

5. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree not to share your access credentials with third parties.

Solvida reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for suspicious, unauthorized, or non-compliant activity.

6. Compliance

All users must comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.

We may request identity verification documents at any time and may withhold or restrict services if verification is incomplete or unsatisfactory.

7. Fees

Solvida may charge fees for certain transactions or services. Fees are displayed before execution and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Solvida provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvida, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from:

• use or inability to use the Platform,
• loss of digital assets,
• unauthorized access, technical failures, or third-party errors.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on Solvida are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material without written consent.

10. Termination

Solvida may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access at any time without prior notice if required by law, for non-compliance, or at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.

12. Updates

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on solvida.co, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
